Casino hire Edinburgh: Bond nights, weddings and parties

Edinburgh and a black tie casino night go together rather well. Our casino hire Edinburgh bookings bring roulette, blackjack and poker tables to your venue, with croupiers and fun money. It works just as well for a wedding, a birthday or a work dinner.

Real tables and croupiers · fun money, no real gambling · a reply from a real person, usually the same day

Nobody plays for real stakes. Guests play for the fun of it, and the host decides whether there are prizes at the end. We handle the booking with a trusted fun casino partner. We're a small team, so it's quick to get answers.

The Bond night

Dinner suits, cocktail dresses and a croupier dealing blackjack. A Bond theme suits the city's grand old rooms, and it gives guests a dress code they actually enjoy. Guests often get into character, which makes the tables louder and better.

Our themed casino nights page covers Bond, Monte Carlo, Vegas and Great Gatsby set-ups.

Keep the music in the background early on so people can hear the croupiers. It also gives the croupiers a chance to explain the rules to the whole room.

Casino hire Edinburgh venues

The Balmoral at the end of Princes Street has event suites with castle views and hosts weddings. Prestonfield House, under Arthur's Seat, runs weddings and party nights in its Stables. The Assembly Rooms on George Street hosts balls, dinners and Christmas parties. These are just examples of places in the city.

Any of those would look the part, but so would a golf club in East Lothian or a hotel by the Forth. Wherever it is, the tables need floor space and a way in.

Check access with your venue before you book, as some older buildings have stairs and narrow doors.

Corporate evenings

Conference dinners and client evenings are a big part of the Edinburgh calendar. A casino gives guests something to chat about besides work, and it doesn't need anyone to make a speech. It also suits mixed groups where not everyone knows each other.

Read more on our corporate casino night page, including how many tables suit a typical conference dinner.

Leith and the Waterfront have hotels and event spaces that suit a casino night as well.

Frequently asked questions

Can we have a Bond theme without fancy dress?

Of course. Plenty of people just ask guests to wear black tie and let the tables set the mood.

How many tables for a dinner of 200?

As a rough guide, one table keeps 15 to 25 guests playing at a time. For 200, four or five tables is a sensible starting point.

Do you work during the Festival?

You can enquire for any date. August is busy in Edinburgh, so give yourself plenty of notice for venue access and parking.
