We book trusted fun casino partners across South Wales and arrange the details with you, from table numbers to timings. Weddings, Christmas parties, birthdays and club dinners all suit it, and the croupiers will teach anyone who hasn't played before.
From the stadium to Cardiff Bay
The Principality Stadium has lounges and suites that host dinners and Christmas parties. Down in Cardiff Bay, the Coal Exchange Hotel has a grand hall used for weddings and celebrations. These are just examples.
Rugby clubs, hotels in Penarth and function rooms in the Valleys all work as well. As long as there's space for the tables and a way to get them in, we can usually make it happen.
Newport, Barry and Bridgend have plenty of hotels and clubs that suit a casino night too.
Fun casino hire Cardiff for the rugby crowd
Club dinners and end of season dos are a natural fit. A few tables at the back of the room give people something to do between speeches and awards. Nobody has to learn much, so it works even after a long dinner.
Blackjack tends to suit this crowd. Quick hands, plenty of banter, and no one has to sit still for long. Roulette makes a good second table for those who'd rather just pick a number.
See our blackjack table hire page if you'd like the details.
How the evening runs
The casino team sets up before guests arrive. Everyone gets fun money, the croupiers explain the games, and play runs for around three hours. If you'd rather keep the tables quiet during dinner, they can open straight after the speeches.
At the end, the host can hand out prizes to the top players. The fun money itself isn't worth anything, which is rather the point. Some hosts give a trophy, others a bottle of something nice.
Some hosts use the prize draw to finish the night, others save it for just before the last song.
Ask us for a price
Send your date and venue through the quote form. We'll come back with what's free and a cost, usually the same day. Tell us about the venue access as well, especially if it's upstairs.
You're not committing to anything by asking. Read our cost guide if you'd like to know what affects the price first.
Six Nations weekends and December fill fast in Cardiff, so book early if your date falls then.
