Where your event sits in that range, or outside it, depends on a handful of things: how many tables, how long, which day, the time of year and where you are. This page goes through each one so you know what to expect before you ask for a quote.
| What you\’re booking | Typical UK price | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Two or three tables for around three hours | £450 to £900 | The most common set-up, for parties of roughly 50 to 100 guests |
| One table, shorter session | Can be less | Good for small parties or a drinks reception |
| Four or five tables for a big event | Usually more | Awards dinners, charity balls and parties of 150 plus |
| Saturday night or a December date | Usually more | The busiest slots of the year, so book early |
| London and the South East | Usually more | Travel, parking and venue access can all add a bit |
| Personalised fun money or branded tables | Ask for a quote | Depends on the design and how much you'd like |
What's usually included
Most fun casino bookings include the tables, a croupier for each table, chips and fun money for your guests, and setting up and packing away. Prize draw help at the end is often part of it too.
Every partner is a little different, though, so we'll confirm exactly what's included with your quote. If there's something you're expecting, like personalised notes or a particular game, mention it when you ask.
Number of tables
This is the biggest factor. Each table comes with its own croupier, so the price goes up as you add tables. As a rough guide, one table handles 15 to 25 guests playing at a time, and not everyone plays at once.
So for 60 guests, two tables is usually enough. For 150, you might want four. Our post on how many casino tables you need goes into it properly.
How long you'd like it
The figure above is for around three hours of play, which suits most events. Longer play usually costs more. A shorter session, say two hours over a drinks reception, can bring it down.
Three hours is about the sweet spot. Any longer and the tables can start to go quiet as people head for the dance floor.
Day of the week and time of year
Fridays and Saturdays are busiest, and Saturdays usually cost more. December is the peak month because of Christmas parties, so expect higher prices and less choice. Summer Saturdays get busy with weddings.
A weeknight can bring the price down. If your date is flexible, tell us, and we'll see which nights work out best.
Where you are
Partners are spread across the UK, so most areas are well covered. Events in London and the South East usually cost more, because of travel, parking and congestion charges, and some venues have tricky access. Very remote locations can add travel costs too. Check casino hire near me for more on coverage.
Extras that add to the price
These are all optional, and they all usually cost more:
- Personalised fun money with your logo, names or photos
- Branded table layouts
- Extra croupiers to keep busy tables moving
- Themed extras for a Bond, Vegas or Gatsby night
- Longer or split sessions, such as welcome drinks and again after dinner
Ways to bring it down
Go for one great table rather than three. Roulette on its own works well for a smaller crowd. Choose a weeknight, or keep the session to two hours. And book early, because last minute December dates are rarely a bargain.
We'll always tell you straight if there's a cheaper way to get what you're after.
Getting an exact price
The only way to get a firm price is to tell us your date, place, guest numbers and timings. Fill in the quote form and a real person will get back to you, usually the same day. No obligation, and nothing's booked until you say yes.
